- Re-evaluate having Woodbury Monroe on it since we would share les mis (FDR is doing Spongebob)
- Someone needs to pick up posters for the Coffee House (printing place on Mainstreet Accuprint)
- Attempt to get all Coffee House posters up around Mainstreet by Saturday
- The costumes will arrive in 2 weeks!
- St Patrick’s day parade (details to come), maybe walk in costume!
- Come up with an alternative to the scavenger hunt idea (bonding idea)

- Create a form to sign up to sing for the Coffee House
- Take down the current Beacon Players Facebook page and redo it
- Take action on putting together the publicity video (contact the teacher and set a date for the students involved to come)
- Supply a giveaway (of 4 tickets, popcorn, and soda) for a benefit
- Sell clothes and apparel at BPAC performances
- Set up apparel at rehearsals for students to buy
- Purchase kids costumes
- Redo the design of the Les Mis logo
- Board of Education performance and free invitation to the show (Jonah)
- Put together an acting workshop (contact man)
- March in St. Patricks day parade (Sunday in March)
- Ticket raffle (+ popcorn + hot dog perhaps) at Foundation for Beacon Schools Mid-Winter Celebration, Feb 16 2023
- Video Students welcome to come anytime for B-roll to put together a commercial / any type of promotional put-together
