Dear Parents & Guardians, The Beacon Players are a Self-sustaining Program (thanks K.E for the great terminology) and we usually try to supply every aspect and element of our actors needs for costumes etc. for our productions however, given the scope of our upcoming show and because our cautionary concerns continue, regarding COVID etc. we have made sure that costumes that have been rented have arrived cleaned (there are multiple costumes per actor) we are reaching out for your assistance with your child’s needs for “Les Miserables“
If you could provide the following it would be great, these items can be brought in at anytime. There are some items that are specialized and are so noted. If you have any questions please let us know:

- Call for showtimes will be determined, please be on time, we have mics to put on, sound checks etc. before the doors ops.
- Cast/Crew is not permitted in the lobby during intermission
- Cast must remove and hang up all costumes prior to leaving and returning their props
- All cell phones must be kept in the costume rooms, cell phones are not permitted in the back hallways, the wings or anywhere onstage
- Students must let Advisors know that they are finished hanging their costumes and returning props so they can be released
