Rehearsal Schedule and Notes for the Mystical Musical Review

• • After school  – All meet in the theater 
    • Cast
    • Sound Crew
    • Lighting Crew
    • Officers
    • Running Crew
    • Stage Managers
  • Cast – Proceed to Chorus Room – We may not go through your entire song at this rehearsal.The opening and closing will be rehearsed first and then theIndividual performances reviewed like a rehearsal, after your section is completed you may leave.
  • Sound  – 1 person quickly prepares Mics make sure there are 3 mics for the speakers …. another sound person readies the music
  • Stage Managers put together “Living Room,”  pick up chairs from Guidance if allowed (see Mr. Scarrone)
    • Saoirse –  Hang the song Listing in the back Hallway

• Lighting – Setup Ghost Light, Review the lighting cues, set up spot

EVERYONE RETURNS FOR FULL REHEARSAL WITH ALUMNI AT 6:00 (earlier if you like.)  Everything must be in place by 6:00
