“All Together Now” Schedule – Crew Please Check With Your Advisors 
  • 8:15 – Please arrive between 8:15 and 8:30 (yes AM) 
  • 9:30 – 9:45 – Meet in the Theater and review the show order – Those wearing costumes (not many) and Crew responsibilities 
  • 9:45 – 10:45 – Chorus Room – Vocal Review – “Magic to Do” & “Sunday” – Crews begin tasks 
  • 10:45 – 12:00 – Break out and review blocking of larger numbers and solos
  • 12:00 – 12:45 – Lunch
  • 12:45 – 2:00 – Continue Rehearsals  both vocal and staging
  • 2:00 – 4:30/5:00 – Run show/ fix show/distribute T shirts (yes, they are free)
  • Go home and rest for a bit
  • 6:45 – Call
