For the first time in forever, experience the musical phenomenon that has taken the world by storm! Based on the Academy Award-winning animated feature film, Disney’s Frozen includes all the film’s beloved songs by Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez, along with new music written exclusively for the stage.

In the beautiful mountainous kingdom of Arendelle, Princesses Anna and Elsa grow up sheltered inside their castle, isolated from the world and increasingly distant from each other. When Elsa is crowned queen, the magical powers she’s desperately tried to conceal from her sister take control, and she flees into the mountains. As a ferocious winter descends on Arendelle, Anna sets off on an epic journey to find Elsa and bring her home – with the help of hardworking ice harvester Kristoff, his loyal reindeer Sven, and a happy-go-lucky snowman named Olaf.

Full of magic, humor, and a stunning musical score, Frozen is a powerful tale of sisterhood, acceptance, and finding the real meaning of true love.

Elsa, who is next in line for the throne and has been born with magical powers that can overwhelm her when she becomes afraid and harm others if not handled with care. Fearful of hurting anyone, especially her beloved sister, Anna, Elsa becomes anxious and withdrawn as she grows older, before eventually learning to take control of, and become confident in, her powers.

The younger Princess of Arendelle; spirited, imaginative, and full of boundless energy. A playful troublemaker, she adores her sister and is enchanted by Elsa’s magic.

YOUNG ELSA
I’m doing everything you said, Papa. The gloves are helping. Conceal it. Don’t feel it. Conceal
it. Don’t feel it. Don’t let it show… (Elsa slowly starts to lose control and panic) I can’t breathe! I can’t do
anything! (to the King as he tries to comfort her) Please, don’t touch me! I don’t want to hurt you.
Conceal it. Don’t feel it. Conceal it. Don’t feel it.

YOUNG ANNA

(Yawns) I love sleeping. No bedtime story, please! We’re way too tired. Bye. I mean, good night. Love you. Thank you.
You’re free to go. (peaking from bed) They’re gone! It’s just us! We’re supposed to be building a
snowman…! Please! The sky’s awake, so I’m awake, so we have to play!

Vocal Auditions Instructions

Elsa?
Do you wanna build a snowman?
C’mon, let’s go and play
I never see you anymore
Come out the door
It’s like you’ve gone away
We used to be best buddies
And now we’re not
I wish you would tell me why
Do you wanna build a snowman?
It doesn’t have to be a snowman
Go away, Anna
Okay, bye
Do you wanna build a snowman
Or ride our bikes around the halls?
I think some company is overdue
I’ve started talking to the pictures on the walls
Hang in there, Joan
It gets a little lonely
All these empty rooms
Just watching the hours tick by
Elsa?
Please, I know you’re in there
People are asking where you’ve been
They say, “Have courage”, and I’m trying to
I’m right out here for you, just let me in
We only have each other
It’s just you and me
What are we gonna do?
Do you wanna build a snowman?

[ELSA, spoken]:
You know, there’s a recipe to making a proper snowman
[ANNA, spoken]:
Really?
[ELSA, spoken]:
Uh-huh!
[ELSA, singing]:
A little bit of you, a little bit of me
A part that loves to dream
[ANNA, singing]:
A part that swings from a tree
A little like me, a little like you
[ELSA, singing]:
A part that’s nice
[ANNA, singing]:
A part that’s naughty too
[BOTH]:
A loyal friend who is there no matter what
[ELSA, singing]:
A big round belly
[ANNA, singing]:
And a big bouncy butt!
[BOTH]:
He’ll love warm hugs and the bright sunlight
[ANNA, singing]:
And he’ll really love the summer
[ELSA, singing]:
But he’ll melt!
[ANNA, singing]:
Yeah, You’re right
Oh! So we’ll build him back together
[ELSA, singing]:
Yes, together, that’s the key
[BOTH]:
‘Cause he’s a little bit of you and me
[ELSA, spoken]:
Okay, time for bed!
[ANNA, spoken]:
What? No! Time for more magic, please and thank you!
[ELSA, spoken]:
Anna, you know I’m not supposed to even be doing this!
[ANNA, spoken]:
But your magic is the most beautiful, wonderful, perfectful thing in the whole wide world!
[ELSA, spoken]:
Do you really think so?
[ANNA, spoken]:
Yes! So do it, please, before I burst from inside to outside!
[ELSA, spoken]:
Okay, okay, don’t burst!
[ANNA, spoken]:
Whoa!
[ELSA, singing]:
A little bit of you, a little bit of me
[ANNA, singing]:
You do the magic and I get to see
[ELSA, singing]:
A little bit of fun
[ANNA, singing]:
A little bit of fun in the middle of the night
[ELSA, singing]:
A little bit of magic and it all takes flight
[ELSA, singing]:
La la la lala lalala la la
[ANNA, singing]:
This is so amazing! More more more!
[ELSA, singing]:
A little bit of you!
[ANNA, singing]:
Magic! Magic! Do it, Elsa, do it more!
[ELSA, singing]:
A little bit of me
[ANNA, singing]:
Me me me me me me me
Little bit of you, little bit of me!
Look at me!
[ELSA, spoken]:

Or

(spoken)
Thank you… Thanks!
For the first time in forever
There’ll be music, there’ll be light
For the first time in forever
I’ll be dancing through the night
Don’t know if I’m elated or gassy
But I’m somewhere in that zone
‘Cause for the first time in forever
I won’t be alone

What is this hollow kind of helplessness I’m feeling?
This type of terror is new
And the fact that I can hardly breathe is now revealing
How much I’ve changed ’cause of you
You light the world for me
You live life fearlessly
Braver than the bravest of us do
You trust, you hope, you dare
You choose to feel and care
I thought that I was strong till I bumped into you
What do I know about love?
What do I know about love?
Everything I thought I did
You’ve gone and changed it kid
You’re what I know about love
